Now, here's a Wolf Creek 2 update we can sink our teeth into. We've know for a bit now that Greg McLean was returning to the director's seat with a follow-up to the 2005 thriller. Also known, John Jarratt, as the maniacal Mick Taylor, would be back as well.
Now comes word that Ryan Corr, Shannon Ashlyn and Philipe Klaus will also star.

It has taken Wolf Creek 2 a little while to get here, but it appears the sequel to the 2005's Wolf Creek has received the green light.
Screen Australia today announced $5.5 million investment in three new feature projects triggering over $17 million in production. One of those three projects includes Wolf Creek 2 from director Greg McLean.
The film is written by McLean and Aaron Sterns and produced by Helen Leake, Greg McLean and Steve Topic.
The synopsis for the follow-up goes like this: Lured by the promise of an authentic Australian holiday, backpackers Rutger, Katarina and Paul visit the notorious Wolf Creek crater.
