Both Aullidos and Bloody-Disgusting premiered the teaser one-sheet for REC 4: Apocalypse today. Inside, you can check 'em both out. Same image...just one is in English and one is in Spanish.
The fourth chapter comes solely from director Jaume Balaguero, who acted as co-producer on REC and REC 2 before his partner, Paco Plaza, took the reins on REC 3: Genesis.

An official teaser trailer for REC 4: Apocalypse made its debut from Filmax overnight and we have it waiting for you in the video player inside. In early October, there was a teaser that was said to be a preview that premiered at Sitges 2012, but that was proven to be a fake.
The preview is more of a highlight reel than anything else as it re-introduces you to the events of REC and REC 2. A rough translation of the title cards goes like this: "You know it and know the place. It's time to leave."

While we wait for that REC 4: Apocalypse teaser that premiered at Sitges to hit the web (right now, there are a ton of fan-made trailers), the official Facebook page for the series has uploaded the title treatment for the film. You can check it out inside.
Jaume Balaguero is returning to direct; Paco Plaza helmed the last entry, REC 3: Genesis. When we spoke to Plaza earlier this year, he told us the fourth entry will begin shooting late 2012/early 2013.

Sitges, the international fantastic film festival of Catalonia, will host the exclusive premiere of the teaser of REC 4: Apocalypse, the fourth and final installment of the series which will be directed by Jaume Balagueró.
For those attending, the teaser can be seen Friday, October 5th at 1am in the Auditorium of the Hotel Melia. The sequel is expected to begin shooting early next year.
