Summit Sets Date for Twilight's Eclipse

Source:Summit Entertainment
February 20, 2009

Boys and girls, mark your calendars. The third cinematic chapter in the Twilight series, Eclipse, is going to hit theaters on June 30, 2010. That's a significant departure from the first two entries which had/have fall debuts (New Moon arrives on November 20th of this year).

Here's a plot crunch for Eclipse: As Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge, Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger. In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob—knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf. With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella has one more decision to make: life or death. But which is which?

Its been all over the news that they are filming them back to back. They are taking a little time off then going back to work on Eclispe. They are also going to be filming Breaking Dawn within the next year too. They have to hurry because the actors are getting older and the characters don't.

If only I was a gay 15 year old. Then i might care.

hey im a gay guy and i don't give two small squirts bout this movie or its sucky sequels and crappy ending. Now if they wanna make a real vampire movie without teen angst and drama then im game. i like love but it doesn't always have to be the driving focus in a story (most are boring when they take their love story too seriously and sequels are usually pretty sucky anyways:)

I don't care what anyone think. I for one, am a true Twilight fan and can't wait for all of the movies to come out. So it's good to hear that they are making the movie back to back.

Of course, Eliza. It's toned-down Underworld meets the original 90210 mixed with The OC's ridiculousness (and I LOVE The OC)...but it's just too overrated. I may be coerced into buying the Blu-Ray of Twilight but that's because I really enjoy Decode by Paramore and I am interested in anything Catherine Hardwicke does and I love Kristen Stewart plus visually it looks interesting but since Hardwicke said "Ta ta!" I couldn't give two flying ****s about the sequels, plus I started reading them and I agree with Stephen King Stephanie Meyer is not a good writer at all...judging from the few paragraphs I read...

New Rule: I will post on every Twilight news here on the site piss of Stephanie Meyers ans her retarded fans. By the way, why is Twilight still being posted on this sitem and again don't tell me its because vampires and werewolves are in it, cause that's, still, just copout.
