Update: My Bloody Valentine 3D Cast, Crew Talk Sequel

Source:ShockTillYouDrop.com
January 8, 2009

The cast and crew of My Bloody Valentine 3D told ShockTillYouDrop.com tonight on the film's red carpet that a sequel is looking good.

They said that you can expect all the surviving members of the cast to return for the follow-up should the film do well at the box office. Kerr Smith told us that director Patrick Lussier has a number of ideas where to take the sequel. "It's been discussed, we're working on that," the actor relayed to us. "The way they leave this movie, anything could happen. I talked to Patrick the other day and he's got some great ideas."

Writer Todd Farmer confirmed he has also been talking with Lussier about their narrative options.

Later in the evening, star Jensen Ackles revealed: "We shot a couple of different endings, so I don't think it was solidified as to how the film would end up. There were a few different ideas and we shot them all. Then we tested them to see what worked best." Sounds like that's something to look forward to on the DVD.

My Bloody Valentine 3D hits theaters Friday, January 16th.

So it's going to have more than one or two survivors? Good, that lone survivor thing was getting alittle old. I usually don't go and see any slasher movies that come out nowadays because they all suck but this is looking promising.

AS LONG AS JENSEN IS IN IT IM COOL. WHY DONT YOU MAKE HARRY WARDEN THE KILLER FOR REAL THIS TIME CAUSE SO FAR HE HASEN'T BEEN DOING THE KILLING AT ALL IN NEITHER MOVIES AND HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE KILLER IN THE 1ST PLACE
