Screamfest '08: Malone Premiering Parasomnia

William Malone's indie feature Parasomnia is locked for a Friday, October 17th debut at Screamfest in Hollywood.

This is the second confirmed title for the yearly horror film festival. We announced yesterday Splinter will be the event's centerpiece selection.

Written by Steven Jay Rubin and directed by Malone (House on Haunted Hill), Parasomnia stars Dylan Purcell, Cherilyn Wilson and Jeffrey Combs in a bizarre tale about a young man who falls for a girl afflicted with "parasomnia" and the complications the follow. (Trailers and full synopsis here.)

Much like last year, the Mann's Chinese 6 on Hollywood Blvd. is housing Screamfest which will run from October 10th - 19th.
