Well...I can't say that I'm happy that Columbia doesn't want Aykroyd and Ramis to write the third one. I know several drafts have been written and a lot of ideas have come about, so why they don't use one of those is beyond me. Just glad that GB3 is coming around.

Festy - yep. It was strictly a "Rotten Truth" and my opinion. And I ate my words. :) It was focused more on the Apatow/Rogen rumors more than anything, but what's the point of having it up now?

Man i so hope this is true and if it does happen to get all 4 of the originals back. Hell if murray is still against doing the movie fully then just have him in a smaller sized role in the film. Now yea in the past he was the main issue for not getting a 3rd film but maybe after doing the game he is willing to return. We will just have to wait and see how things turn out.

yea ghostbuster is back this great week uk beat louiville 27-2 and metallica is back can,t wait for the new ablum and the nfl season is here and i know who going to go to the superbowl the bengals who dey that right not cowboys cause romo can,t win and not pats they stink that how i see it and the stupid steels that right they won,t win and team don,t like it oh well.

Only if the original 4 are in it, at least some. Even if its only for a scene or two. Without those dudes its NOT Ghostbusters, its just a rip off that's trying to capatilize by using the same name. And what the hell, how could you not put Rogen on writing duties?

dont get your hopes up...Murray coming back is very unlikely. I think the only way wed see a 3rd is a CGI one,this way the guys can voice versions of themselves that still look the way they did around the time of GBII. Murray ok'ing a 3rd installment just doesnt seem likely considering he shot down the idea for a 3rd one about 10 years ago.

Real threats, real monsters! Look at the difference in Ghostbusters 1 and 2. The second one got silly with their monsters, like Jim Henson Muppets. No Muppets! Real ghosts! Real scares! Play the comedy off of that!

True, Murray did shut down the idea 10 years ago, but I'm guessing they got all nostalgic after doing the voices of the game, and thought why the hell not do a third movie? Would be awesome, Ghostbusters is one of my all time favorites.
