I noticed that, too. Who thought giving the ending away in pretty much every advertisement for the movie (the trailer, the poster) was a good idea? Oh, yeah, Americans.

I'm American and I agree that it's stupid that they showed the ending like that. I guess it was just an interesting shot, regardless of the marketing department's lack of knowledge on the subject.

I wish that they would just release [rec] with subtitles instead of remaking it so soon. That's how we like to do it over here though...a good foreign film will always be remade as a teen-targeted piece of junk.

Another pointless american remake of an excellent horror movie that is more than likely going to suck. Is american horror really that dead ? I haven´t seen anything original for years... they are all either adaptations or remakes.

I have to agree with terror. You all ruined the film, not the preview. Regardless, it's only a movie. Pissing your pants because it's a remake seems somewhat childish.

look in a remake, it doesn' mean the movie have to be the same, they make changes, that can make it enetrtaining. For the horror, is always giving it that modern twist, so that can work better for today demographics. I dont know on how the movie will play out. But all i know is loook good.

i don't feel that i ruined the ending for anyone. the movie REC has been on dvd for at least six months already. i purchased mine back in March when it first came out on dvd. i suggest you get yourself an all region dvd player and start getting your dvd's from overseas. this way you don't have to wait for any lame ass american remakes.

don't get me wromg , i support american horror as long as it is smart , original , and creative. no more remakes please.

Well, with two comments before mine stating the ending, I didn't ruin it. Besides, that's [rec]'s ending. Like someone said just because it's a remake doesn't mean that it has to be the same movie. The ending could be totally different.

The only reason that most of us don't like remakes is because they are terrible. If they were good, people wouldn't complain. I can deal with character reinvention if it's done correctly, but I have yet to see a horror remake that amazed me.

Jrzzz...the movie has not be released on DVD in the states, so you DID ruin it. Not everyone has a multi-region DVD player, nor does everyone want one. But thank you for the advice on shopping. The movie will be released in the states in September on DVD.

How do you guys know that's the ending? They can change it, there are a ton of trailers with clips that don't make it in the film. It;s probably just a little tease

romeronto is right on this one!. nothing good will come of this. They'll just screw it up.. [REC] was awesome, The U.S.(less), will remake it word for word, and it will really suck!!:(
