New U.S. Poster for All the Boys Love Mandy Lane!

Source:ShockTillYouDrop.com
June 24, 2008

Taking it's cue from the international art, we now have your first look at the U.S. one-sheet for All the Boys Love Mandy Lane, Jonathan (The Wackness) Levine's sizzlin' slasher film starring Amber Heard. (It's a vast improvement over the artwork cooked up by ex-distributor The Weinstein Co. last summer - see that here.)

We wish there was some release news to share, unfortunately...there isn't. Good news for those living in Chicago, though. The film is screening at the Flashback Weekend Horror Con (June 27-29). Co-producer Brian Udovich will be on hand to present the film at 10:40pm on Saturday, June 28th. Udovich returns to the con the following day for a special panel at 12:30pm entitled A Nightmare on Distribution Street. He'll be joined by George Romero, Don Coscarelli and Roy Frumkes as they talk about how to get an independent film on the market sans "the Hollywood bullshit." Click here for more details.

This is a great looking one sheet. The layout is so bold and eye-catching. I especially like how they put the "Rated-R" box above the title -- it gives it a very raw, in-your-face feel to it.

You aren't Naomi Watts... just stop.

This movie is so awful. I don't understand what everyone sees in it. It's tired, predictable and the 'twist'? It's something you see coming from a mile away. Terrible, horrible crap. I think it's real commentary on how low the horror genre has sunk if this turd is what is considered good horror these days.

love the grey tone color of the sheet, saw the trailer is quite not that interesting, either the acting look good.

Never cared for the original - it always looked like zombies and the "Them" kids were after her.

If Lindsay Lohan was cast in the Funny Games redux then this is what the poster would look like.

Hideous.

I like it a lot. It's the best poster they've come up with for the movie so far. Now release it already! I've been dying to see it. I don't want to download it because I want my first time seeing it to be on the big screen.

I think the one djblack linked to is the best. This one, as others have said, is just way too Funny Games US.

Either way, cool flick. And I love how people see a movie they don't like and decide that the world must be off-kilter since their taste is deemed to be the "right" one. Always amuses me.
