the eye 2 was released on dvd 4 years ago. i got mine from overseas. the correct title is actually "THE EYE-10 " because according to the book the teenagers use in the movie, there are ten ways to summon a ghost.

just wanted to clarify that the correct title for the EYE 3 is THE EYE-10. the movie is good but not as scary as the other ones.

well i have to see it. to clarify it.

Actually, THE EYE 2 was the first sequel, it was also directed by the Pang bros. and featured Shu Qi as a suicidal pregnant woman. THE EYE 10 was the sequel to that -- the fact that this is THE EYE "3" is a little strange. It's basically like calling HALLOWEEN RESURRECTION "HALLOWEEN 7" after H20.

The eye ten was not s scary as the others but still good, although i do understand why They called it the eye 3. The eye 10 just seemed strange, i get the signifigance to the film but it made alot of people wonder where the eyes 3-9 were. But they still could have changed it to something different like The Eye 3: Hidden Vision ......lol....or something

Okay, now I get it -- triple jjj is right: this is just THE EYE 10 retitled.

I've revised the piece to toss in "The Eye 10" info.

Lots of confusion here it seems, so here's the info from http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0325655/movieconnections
Gin gwai (2002)
Gin gwai 2 (2004)
Gin gwai 10 (2005)
Gin gwai 3 (2008)

Hope Lionsgate didn't cut anything out. The trailer said Pg-13. It looks exciting though.

Either the artwork here or the one on Netflix.com is wrong as they show different artwork and a differnt summary of the movie. The Eye 10 is regarding the 10 ghosts and is currently available with a very long wait. The Eye 3 is about a wife dealing with the death of her husband who went to investigage ancient ruins in the deep sea and comes out June 24th.
While they may not be great at least the asian horror gives us a neverending collection to see something different.
Please verify
