So u bag this movie when there is a lot worse about typical Americans always bagging movies that haven't been made there.

All Hollywood does these days is make spoof movies and remakes that will turn out bad

I for one have seen the film as It was playing on the silver screen in Australia November last year and i think it is great

It also only seems low budget because the trailer has been americanized

Yeah, typical hollywood horror. Predictable story. Atleast its in a more realistic location, Australia. Africa and Australia have the largest crocs. Would have been better to have come out before Lake Placid. It would also be more realistic if it had many large crocs rather than one giant one.

Didn't hear a lot about this movie but it looks like a lot of fun. The problem I have when most people critique movies is that I believe the movie should be critiqued on how it satisfies it's target audience. I think most critics evaluate a movie on how they think they will be percieved through their critique of it. This movie looks like it gives its target audience exactly what they are looking for: A lot of fun, jump scares, cool ass monster, and Radha Mitchell is a great choice I think. She was great in Silent Hill in my own opinion.

I have also been waiting forever (2 years actually) to see this film and have seen a couple other trailers which have been excellent. This one is the best! It was pulse-pounding. I realized when it was over I had been really getting an adrenaline rush! Looks great and Vartan is especially gorgeous.

How can all you people judge a movie by the trailer? I have seen a lot of movies that trailers looked great, but the movie sucked and trailers I wasn't sure about and the movie was just fine. It is a croc horror flick, is it really suppose to be grand..lol. It is for entertainment. People say another croc movie, isn't that sort of like just another shark movie, just another slasher movie...hollywood is running out of original ideas because most has been done...I just think you should watch the movie before trashing it. :)

NO MOVIES are original any more - all story lines nowadays are combinations of every other genre or movie, mixed to give the appearance of being original. When, in reality, it really is just a recycled premise. Every one here claiming that this movie is "unoriginal" are obviously not smart enough to realize this. And when a movie dares to pick a genre, like this one, and stick with it, of COURSE it's going to look similar to other movies. Boo hoo if you don't like it - we live in an age now where everything is revisited, recycled, or remade.

Dude, I saw this movie months ago. The American trailer makes it look like a piece of generic crap. It's actually good-- considering its an Aussie flick :p

Good movie, you yanks will love it!
