Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem was so bad it gave me ocular cancer

It was so bad,I started looking under my seat for a face-hugger to end my misery

It was SO BAD,it made the first Aliens vs Predator movie look like Ridley Scotts ALIEN by comparison.....

Please...if they must continue whoring these once great franchises into the ground,let them get a new director and a screenwriter with an I.Q.

i guess the only great thing about AVP:requiem was the gore! that was the one thing that i loved! So as long as this one is rated R or MA than im in. I agree that the originals were, and still are, two of the greatest horror/sci fi movies ever made, so no wonder every film director is keen to get in on some of the moola.So, yes, it is mainly about money.

I must confess, I am from Miami and was in NY for Christmas and sat for almost 2 hours outside the Union Square Regal to be one of the "first" to see it. The t-shirt they gave us was so cheesy it was given to Goodwill. With that being said, I love the franchise and a sucker for the franchise will probably wait in anticipation for the DVD of AVP-R and the third in the series, ok guys, you can take out the bats and the chains to beat me to death for this post!

U know i really liked avp-r. it was a bit too gory, but i still liked it. I hope the brothers strouse return with their own story.

I do hope they make a third one. BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GET THE BROTHERS TO DIRECT IT! I felt like I was watching Freddy vs Jason except with Aliens and Predators. That movie GAVE ME MUD BUTT!

Requiem wasn't all that bad. They really needed to show the pred-alien more. Plus when they did it was so freakin' dark...you couldn't see em'. I wouldn't mind another one, minus them being on earth. Maybe a one on one and the humans going to space to try an kill, or discover them. You know....that whole thing?

I liked the the whole Predator vibe the new movie offered, and I'm happy they are making new ones and not remaking the classics of each series.

AVP - R was excellent, I loved it
Congratulations to the brothers.
I loved the gore, violence, and darkness of this second one, which was far awar better than that AVP (P.W.Anderson).

ok the frist AVP sucked then AVPR came
to bring it back to it's roots.
thow it's not stephen hopkins that did the frist
to Pred films dont get me worng boys and
girls but if theyer taken it back to space where the comics toke place then yes iam looking
to see this one
ive seen all the aliens and pred films,The brothers that did AVPR did a hell lot better then that dude the did mortal kombat.
you see the brothers are on the right track with the AVP movies.thow i wish they could show more hunters like in the end of Predator 2
and hunters planet the homeworld.keep the fath boys and girls cause we cant down a ****ing movie that dosent even a tailer so enough all the bull**** guys and just wait and see all right cause i have more fath in these guys then i do with Paul W.S anderson
so sit back and chill till the trailer comes out

Hey guys,the movie wasn't so bad at least they added the gore and blood to this part,plus the predalien wasn't that bad either.The only bad thing was the ACTORS!they really sucked the first Avp movie had better actors.You have to give the Brothers some credit for that.

bring on avp 3, i really liked avp 2. even though the acting and dialogue was not up to scratch. great action and gore, cant wait to get it on dvd. also i want to see predator 3 made, the first predator is a classic. but back to avp 3, they have to make it an r rating again, and get the cast right.If its in space that a good call, and get some marines into the fray. plenty of gun action, they need to introduce a strong lead character that would give the predator a run for his money. The predator in the 2nd avp film was very good, none of this holding hands with the girlfriend like in the first film!

I thought AVP-R was a million times better than that first disgrace directed by anderscum. in my opinion, he just about destroyed the one movie I have been anticipating for over ten years. Thank god that fox actually went ahead with a sequel, which i thought was very well done. The world needs and AVP-3 and hopefully it will silence all critics of the best sci-fi match up in history.

I'm a huge fan of the Predators. Therefore, I was very disappointed in AvP:R due to the fact that a killer species sends a lone "cleaner" to which must irradicate the "bug" presence and evidence of such beings, including witnesses. I liked the fact that the Predator was extremely cold-hearted and cared about nothing but his mission. However, if he is supposed to be the Predator "bada**", then why was he getting the crap beat out of him by both alien and human? Not to mention that horrible ending to where they Nuke the town. Talk about an easy way out. They copied from Resident Evil: Apocalypse. I'll give the 3rd one a chance, but they need to stay more true to the characters. Aliens had strength in numbers, but the Predators took MANY down before they lost that battle.

AvP:R

Was BETTER than a lot of people give it credit for imo

No it wasn't up to the quality of Aliens, but it was a hell of a lot better than the 1st AvP movie.

The cast of unknowns did a great job I thought, the makeup and FX dept. did a great job too.

I was entertained the whole time and will be looking forward to the 3rd film and hope that they keep the Strause Bro.s on the franchise!

And the bit about the sending only 1 Predator back...maybe it's an Honor thing, maybe they guy that get the video link is family. Maybe it's a take care of your OWN kind of sociaty...who knows???

I do know that 1 Predator was all they needed to kick some serious Alien ass lol ;)

Some of you guys need to lighten up and recognize a good fun movie when you see it, instead of critiquing the **** out of it.

Sometimes you just need to roll with stuff and enjoy the ride!
