When I heard Corey Haim was in it after all I was like "Yes thats what I'm talking about.. " This is it no matter what anyone say these guys are pioneers to 80s films. The films they made in the 80s were based on real acting as oppose to tons of stunts and digital affects like you see today. Lets see what they bring back to the table. I'm ready to buy the DVD already.. Lets do it !!!

Why don't they Have the two best Vampires ever in the movie??? That is Keiffer Sutherland and Jason Patrick. They were the Key along with the Coreys'.

I think its great. The Lost Boys was one of my favourite films in the 80s and is one that is often brought up in conversation as being a classic. I can't wait to see it...Good to see Corey H will be in it too - the first actor I had a crush on in my teens!

i'm so glad Corey Haim changed his mind and decided to play Sam once again for the sequel.he was such a big part of the original.i can understand he felt like he might disapoint his fans with a sequel.it wouldnt seem right if he wasnt there.i only wished they gave it a chance in the theatres other than a dvd release.but thats how it goes sometimes with sequels that come 20 years later.Lost Boys is a true vampire classic.maybe one of the best from the 1980's.

This one should hit the theaters... an even better idea would be to do a Double Feature. Lost Boys followed by the new sequel...just to get you pumped. I can't even count how many times I watched the orginal...

The Lost Boys is my favorite corey's movie ever!!!
I love corey haim and am so happy to know that they are both in it. I absolutely cannot wait to see Lost Boys 2,If Corey Haim was not gonna be in it then I was not gonna watch part LB2!

There cant be a LB2 without death by stereo!

I just watched I am Legend on DVD, and the Lost Boys 2 trailer was on it. Very very good looking, and better then the ones I saw on YouTube even. Then it said coming summer 2008.. this sounds really cool!

The Lost Boys:The Tribe is going to be awesome!!! Not only was the 1987 original Lost Boys film great, it was also bringing in a new perspective on vampires and the teenage culture at the time. I agree with other comments on this site when saying this is a movie i can watch over and over and not get bored with it. And those of you who differ well you simply did not understand the movie. So all i got to say to finish this comment is i am really looking forward to watching the new Lost Boys film this July. Oh and this goes out to chazz nunez the new cry little sister song is by this band called Aiden, i hope this helps homie. By the way that song ROCKS!!!!!!!!

I'm very glad Corey Haim returned for this movie. I just saw the trailer though and don't see him in it...Does that mean his role is small? I saw Feldman in the trailer and glad he's back too. The problem is that it seems like Feldman has a bigger role in this movie than Haim. Haim was the real star of this movie although obviousy it was a great movie because of Coreys were in it. Jason Patrick should have been brought back. Some in the messages said that Kiefer should have been brought back. But he dies in part 1, so how could he come back???????????

The trailer for the new movie looks good, hopefully it has the same feel as the first. I also was wondering why Haim isn't shown in the trailer? He meust really have a small role. Jamison Newlander is also listed as Alan frog (Feldmans brother) but I didn't see him either? I hope they don't try to over do it with all the cute sayings and humorous stuff, like most sequels do.

This movie would be really retarded if Jason Patrick & Keifer Sutherland were in it, especially since Keifers character was slayed in the first one! Now, if grandpa was still alive he would be fun to see in this one too.

I wish they would release this in the theaters. I heard somewhere that they were going to put it in theaters? I think the hype around this is big enough to make money in the theater, than put it on DVD. Hell, movies go to DVD less than a month after in theaters anyway.

I enjoy films with both the Coreys in them, but c'mon they were fluff. The acting was mediocre, and stories barely viable. The nostalgia factor of these two together is great, but how about someone putting these two guys in something really hysterically funny. Call Seth Rogen and Apatow and have them come up with something for them. The Coreys could have been a great comedy duo, but kinda fell flat. Maybe if Haim can keep clean, and Feldman can stop kissing his wifes ass, they can jump start their careers!

When I originally saw the preview os Lost Boys 2 I was disappointed with what I saw as the characters roles. I was further more disappointed to find out that Corey Haim was not to be in the sequel. I can tell that this one will not be as good as the first but when I found out that Corey Haim was back in the movie I couldnt help to get excited!!! I know the fil probably wont be as good as expectations but Im sure glad to see the Corey's Back!!! Keep the Great work going guys and stay good friends no matter what. Hopefully that reality show you did wont mess that up for you because friendship between you two goes further than that... Good Luck and Ill definitely be watching your movies. :)

I saw the trailer on the website as well. http://lostboysthetribe.warnerbros.com/ and I do not see Haim... BUT there is a new comic book out Lost Boys The Legend of the Frog Bros. It';s not looking good for Sam and one of the Frog Bros. Its suppose to fill in the gap between the two movies... if the last page is who I think it is... fans are going to go insanely crazy with anger...
