He's supposed to be slow.
It's a famous characteristic of him.
Him being faster is retarded.
And if it's not a remake they shouldn't call it Friday the 13th.
They should call it Friday the 13th: A Different Approach, or Friday the 13th: The Unknown Story.
Calling it Friday the 13th will cause little nooby kids to think that that's what happenened in the original.
Then everyone will get all obsessed and you'll talk about something from the original and they'll be like, "that's not what happened! He wasn't a kid in it."
And yeah so my point is, you should have called it something else. :)

I think it's getting pretty pathetic that every classic has to be remade because Hollywood can't come up with an original idea. The best scary movies are ones that leave more to the imagination, make you think and pay attention to details. I think it's sad that nowdays all the younger generation sees is more gore, nudity and violence. In the old classics like Halloween, Nightmare at Elm Street, Exorcist, Alien, The Fog, The Thing, etc. Those movies had suspense and new ideas and left some of the gory to the imagination. The remake of Halloween was ridiculous along with remade The Omen and a few others. Hollywood should re-release the classics and let the youth of today appreciate a more simple but classic horror flick. Instead of wasting money on violence, rape, etc.

RE-MAKES ARE FOR RE-TARDS!
I DON'T CARE IF IT'S A RE-MAKE, RE-LAUNCH, RE-TRED OR A RE-IMAGINING...A TURD IS STILL A TURD NO MATTER WHAT SYNONYM YOU WANT TO USE.
SURE, SOME TRENDY CORPORATE HORROR ****S SAY IT'S COOL, BUT OF COURSE THEY WOULD, THEY ARE GETTING FREE SWAG AND SMOOZING WITH HORROR INDUSTRY TO BE IN THE SPOTLIGHT AND TO GET THEIR OWN LAME MOVIES MADE. AND THE **** ALWAYS RISES TO THE TOP!
STOP SELLING OUT MY CHILDHOOD PAST FOR A QUICK BUCK!
AND STOP SUPPORTING RE-MAKES FOR ****S SAKE.
