Guess this was the real deal then. The below image for Scream 4 had been floating around for a few days and I wasn't sure if it was legit, as Scream followers love to create fan art. But it is official and it's the Mexican one-sheet. This design stays true to the posters for the previous installments, giving fans the "cast line-up" they didn't get in the domestic posters.
