Overture is handing over the marketing and distribution reins for its upcoming films to Relativity.
That includes the Matt Reeves-directed Let Me In, scheduled for release on October 1.
Overture is closing its doors after three years. The company released Pandorum last year and The Crazies earlier this year. Some employees are being laid off, others are transitioning to Relativity. Starz and Anchor Bay are still handling home video and television sales.
