R.I.P. Frank Frazetta
1928 - 2010
Legendary artist Frank Frazetta passed away today at the age of 82. Robert Pistella, Frazetta's agent, confirmed the internet buzz this afternoon saying the artist died from a stroke. Frazetta's fantastic, dynamic, sometimes gruesome and forever powerful paintings and illustrations have been seen in comic books, on album covers (most recently, Wolfmother) and on movie posters (Fearless Vampire Killers). He has left behind an indelible legacy that has inspired countless fans.
