Tanedra Howard Returning For Saw VII 3D

In the commentary track for the recently release Saw VI DVD and Blu-Ray release, writers Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton confirmed that the character of Simone played by VH1's Scream Queen winner Tanedra Howard would be back in the upcoming 3D seventh entry."(Tanedra) was so good, that she's not only in this (opening) scene, and the anchor and victor of a very intense trap, but also has a nice emotional scene later, and has just been added into the mix for Saw VII," says Dunstan on the commentary track for Saw VI.
Meanwhile, while not confirmed as of yet, it's a pretty safe bet that we'll be seeing Costas Mandylor, Tobin Bell and Betsy Russell return in Saw VII 3D.
Saw VI director Kevin Greutert returns to the helm for Saw VII 3D from a script by Dunstan and Melton, which is slated to open October 22nd. Greutert was set to direct Paranormal Activity 2 for Paramount, also locked in for an October 22nd release date, but with his abrupt exit, no word yet on the status of that sequel.

Saw 6 surprised me, I really didn't expect it to be no better then part 5 which is my least favorite. Its really one of the best ones in the series. keep em coming Lionsgate.

Of course she's in it. Her reaction to what happened clearly foreshadows her future.

Loved Tenedra in Scream Queens. Glad to see a winner from a VH1 show win somethin that's worth a damn.

The Situation, well said. i agree! Tanedra, as brief as her part was, was EXCELLENT! i'm psyched she's in part 7!! PLEASE SOMEHOW IN HELL BRING BACK AMANDA!!! (p.s. the upcoming winner of SCREAM QUEENS ssn 2 imo is getting a far less high profile job/role in the 2001 MANIACS sequel. Tanedra won the best prize of the 2!).

I didn't like her in the movie so I give a **** if she come back or not.

It is obvious she had to be back in the seventh film as it was clear her character hadn't learned anything from the ordeal. I read somewhere Julie Benz would be back but that doesn't seem to be the case.
