Universal Breaks Whisper's Silence

Universal Home Entertainment announced it will nix any theatrical plans for Gold Circle Films and Stewart Hendler's Whisper and instead give it a DVD debut on November 27th. The supernatural thriller - formerly known as "Hellion" - has been in the can for some time now.

Josh Holloway, of "Lost" fame (one reason I'm surprised Universal never moved on a release sooner), stars as the leader of a band of kidnappers who abduct the wrong runt. A nine-minute clip of the film recently surfaced online, you can check it out here.
