Fearnet has what is, perhaps, our first definitive idea of what the next chapter in the "Saw" franchise is about. Considering that Lionsgate is a partner with the site - and director Darren Lynn Bousman is supplying them with a healthy load of blogs - we can take this as pretty legit stuff. Written by Feast's Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton, Fearnet says Saw IV picks up right where the last grisly entry left off.

"Jeff must find his daughter and escape the building to which they are confined before they both die. After finding another tape of Jigsaw, Jeff realizes there may be a newly added piece of the puzzle that he must decipher before it's too late."

So, we can presume Angus Macfadyen is back. Expect Tobin Bell and Lyriq Bent to return alongside newcomers Scott Patterson and Justin Louis. We hear through the grapevine that "Saw" sex kitten Shawnee Smith will have a place in this madness as well.
