Jon Knautz and the team at Brookstreet Pictures (Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer) less than two months out from a principal photography start on their new film.
ShockTillYouDrop.com has learned they are in pre-production on The Shrine, formerly known as The Cult (exclusively discussed about here). Shooting is expected to begin in early August with Knautz back behind the camera with Travor "Jack Brooks" Matthews leading the cast which will be announced shortly. In the film, a group of young journalists investigate a cult said to practice human sacrifice, but their ambitious ways may lead them to becoming the cult's next victims.
