Man...this movie could really be hit or miss. I want to see this, but don't think I'll make it a point to do it opening weekend. Probably catch The Final Destination that weekend with a group of friends and then check out Halloween II the next weekend solo.

The real reason for the trailer's "rather crappy quality" was because Rob Zombie filmed it ;) and we know *exactly* where he's taking the series: further down the ****-pipe of doom.

Any bets on how many more people will point out the completely superficial similarity to Friday the 13th? Really, this late in the game, it's just kind of pathetic. Blah, blah, Michael's mother, boo hoo, Rob Zombie, yadda yadda. You folks need to find something more interesting to complain about; the whole mother thing was worn out months ago.

This promo looked even better than the "guy holding a video camera up to his TV" version from a few days ago. I have no idea what to expect as far as where this one's going; really excited to see it.

Have fun at *snicker* Final Destination. *laugh* Let us know how it turns out, since I'm sure no one here will be able to predict every single beat of the plot. There's bound to be *snicker* something new and different besides *chuckle* HOW people die, right? *laugh* Aside from the gimmicky 3D thing?

Wow, all you haters are lames as well. If you just swear your not gonna support this movie, why waste your time coming on here-watching the promo-and then writing your lame ass comments. And stop comparing this to Friday the 13th. Ok everyone should get it by now, their mothers are involved, but if you cant tell the difference from Michael and Jason's veiws of their mothers then you just dont need to see any horror movie ever again b/c you are a complete dumbass. And "Boogeyshoes" Im calling your azz out for a lame azz comment. Its one thing to tear down a movie from its trailer, b/c last time I checked H2 dosent come out till August 28. But to take some weak ass jabs at the director is just complete wackness and Im tired of all the bs. I would love to see what you would do with Halloween if given a chance. And dont try to claim you wouldn't because the original was such a classic and blah blah blah. Just shut the hell up already and get over yourselves. Im so sick of all the whining and *****ing b/c its so unncessary.

You imbeciles need to come to grips with the fact that it's only a movie. This will not be forced upon you; if you aren't interested, don't buy a ticket. The Sheri-knocking has become a bore. Don't you get it? Mother is a figment of Myer's deranged imagination. Where does Fri. the 13th come in? The "media-blitz" reflects the policy of a studio that wishes to generate interest in a film.
