Just got word from Clive Barker's office: Lakeshore is holding a special midnight screening of Midnight Meat Train (review). Barker will be in attendance along with a special guest to talk about the film and his "latest creation." The screening will be held during Comic-Con on Friday, July 25th at the Gaslamp Stadium (701 Fifth Avenue). Best of all, the event is F-R-E-E.

Get your tickets now!

Directed by Ryuhei Kitamura and starring Bradley Cooper, Vinnie Jones, Brooke Shields and Leslie Bibb, Meat Train follows one photographer's descent into hell when he decides to follow a man he suspects is a serial killer using the subway system as his abattoir.

Wow.

Man, now I really wish I would have gone to San Diego instead of hopefully shooting for NY next year if I can talk the wife into going on "vacation" around that time!

Lucky B*astards! i wish i was close enough to SDCC to attend! Lionsgate SUCKS A$$! why can't they release MMT across the country w/ a wide(normal) release (instead of, if at all, the "limited" release LG studios are planning. shame on you LG).
i want to see this SO bad. why does originality scare some studios (i.e. LG Studios)? i love some remakes/reboots but MMT IS original and according to early reviews (here & on other sites) it's fantastic!!

I just grabbed 4 tickets... woo hoo! Well, it's not entirely free, there is a $1 service charge per ticket... but hey, I'm not complaining!

It's cool djblack, I'll let you know... I'm just lucky to live in San Diego and get to go to Comic-con every year... Comic-con is about the only thing I can brag about... well, and the weather here! Fabricio, I agree with you about the trailer, maybe it would have been better if it was a redband trailer showing some gore or maybe it's just a bad trailer, doesn't mean the film is bad... judge it after you see it!
