This movie has to be taken for what it is. It's a 'second helping' of a cult classic. A cheesy, cheesy, cheesy second helping. This is all about nostalgia - not necissarilly aiming to be the 'greatest vampire blockbuster of all time'... more about a fun vamp movie.

They should have made Haim a vampire for this one, as the original was more centered around him (not feldman) and would offer a cool twist of fate. That, and considering his addiction problems which cause him to be a late nighter anyhow would have definitely been a "blast." I suppose I always liked Haim more than Feldman ayhow, especially after watchin Feldman on the Surreal Life. Vince Neil summed Feldman up well, he's a "wussy." And his wife is a gold digger waiting to cash in. Haim was right, Feldman is pretentious, and has absolutely no right to be. I still remember him a a Goonie little wimp. Best wishes to Haim, and hope he pulls through. Feldman would rather protest for Peta as real humans die everday! Thats right Feldman, you put animal life before human life. Be a man for once CF, and support a real issue. Visit the troops you nerd. Haim rules, Feldman drools...and then cleans up after himself in a panic! LOL

i thought they made the decision that lost boys 2 was out july 29th !!! somebody tell me whats up with this 4 days till lost boys 2 comes out because im confused did they change there mind or something because on the website it says out on july 29 on dvd and blu-ray

Michael, what are you talking about (re: release date), the article above states the premiere is on the 24th - FIVE days before its DVD release which would put it on the 29th. So, yes, it's still coming out on the 29th.

And please watch what spoilers you post in our comments. Don't want to ruin the fun for those who haven't seen it yet. Thanks!

As far as I know, the uncut version is all you're gonna get. But yes, it comes out on the same day.

Ryan Rotten aparentley the third movie will be called Lost Boys:Take Over its a bit gay but i kno why its called that dracula will be in volved in the third movie and corey feldman has a fight scene with dracula so the third movie wont suck after all because people keep saying its gonna suck

angus sutherland kills corey haim because what he did in the first movie with the frog brothers and also alan dies as well because these vampires herd about the frog brothers and what they did to the oringinal lost boys cast and now there is a reason why theres more vampires the devil spread more vampires in the wild to kill the frog brothers does that make sense and now sinse alan and sam are dead edgar is the highest prioririty to kill edgar aparently changed his cover as a surfboard shaper moved to a diffrent town so they wouldnt kill him and also he has special locks and windows that will smith uses in i am legend to keep him safe
