Scarier?!

I'll have to see it to believe it, but I'm optimistic.

This will be one of those movies where you simply get the creeps walkin' into the theatre. Can't f'n wait!

I have to disagree with joelzombie. I thought theremake of Halloween was great. Very dark and a beautiful presentaton of how they told the hstory of Michael Myers. That was missing in prior movies. Hope this presentation goes good also. Only bcause I grw up deathly afraid of this man. LoLz

I never saw this guy before Watchmen but I'd heard he was cast as the new Freddy. During Watchmen I thought his voice was perfect, but when the mask was removed and I saw his face I nearly jumped out of my seat and freaked. For the rest of the movie I was 100% convinced this guy is the perfect Freddy Krugger. I can't wait to see this movie.

TruFables: The Halloween remake had his past totally wrong. He never killed his dad. Watch the first movie again. His mom and dad unveil his mask and his mom isn't a dancer and his dad isn't a douche bag (at least they don't look like it). Halloween was dumb and verses the original it blew! I am not excited about the 2nd one but I am going to watch it because I saw the 1st one. I hope it's better. It won't take much haha. And this reboot of Freddy will be good but probably won't beat the original.

Jackie Earle is a friggin great actor & if watchmen wasn't enough to prove it check out Semi-Pro (Will Ferrel). He plays the dirty hippie who wins the half court shooting contest & pops up throughout the movie. that'll give you some idea of his range.

if they made every remake just like the original then there would be no point in the remake, sometimes the little things that are changed are for the better but you are too attached to your childhood memories to accept that.
