AFM '08: AWP Gets a Case of Parasomnia

American Wold Pictures has acquired the worldwide rights to William Malone's Parasomnia. The company will be spending the following days taking the film to buyers at the American Film Market.

The film centers on a woman who suffers from a sleep disorder that turns her into a modern-day Sleeping Beauty. Art student Danny Sloan falls in love with her, unaware that her hospital neighbor, a terrifying mass murderer and mesmerist named Byron Volpe has other, more sinister plans. Sloan helps Laura escape from her hospital prison only to discover that Volpe is about to enter her dreams.
