Not a big fan of the series. The first was supposed to be a sendup of horror movies and ended up being just another slasher film. I'd rather Wes Craven put out more original material.

Well I really hate Craven's gimmicks, mainly booby traps and movies inside of movies. Hopefully this one is more like the first one then the last 2.

It's going to be huge; my most anticipated movie of 2010.

It'll be a hit for me if they kill off Courtney Cox and David Arquette. Actually it'll be a huge hit for me if they signed on the rest of the cast of "Friends" and killed them off too.

Scream belongs to the 90's, it would be considered too cheesy in this torture porn era

they were ok movies. i hope they do away with the "wink wink"/self awareness aspect and just make it a genuinely scary movie.

i bet it's gonna be more graphic and stuff.

I enjoyed all three of the first films. Count me in on opening night!

I myself can't wait for Scream 4. I've always been a fan of this series and I think 4 can be the answer to Dimension's problems lol.

All the Scream movies were crap.

I feel like these were never scary. Just well-written plot. I like the franchise as a story, but hopefully they can run the next trilogy with some genuine scares. Wes, I have faith in you.

I think the clear approach to this Scream 4 would be a send up of "torture porn".

Aside from David Arquette needing the work, this sounds like a bad idea.

I love scream movies I watch them all the time.and it's great there making a 4th one

I'm very much looking for a return of this franchise. I just hope they don't set it up as another trillogy only to have it run out of steam and none of the actors, directors, or even the writer want to have much of anything to do with the last one. I think everyone, fans included got a little burnt out by the end of part three. It's got a lot of potential, Kevin Williamson is a great writer IMHO.
