The ABCs of Death 2 Arrives Just in Time for Halloween

The ABCs of Death 2 artThe ABCs of Death 2 - another collection of short films from a variety of filmmakers – is going to receive the usual double-whammy VOD/limited theatrical release scenario from Magnet and Drafthouse Films. Look for it on VOD October 2nd followed by a limited theatrical release on October 31st.

The ABCs of Death films are comprised of 26 alphabet-themed ways to die from the biggest names in horror.  

The ABCs of Death 2’s  attached directors are an eclectic, acclaimed group, consisting of E.L.     would be awesome if it was actually a horror/scary film but its not more like corny and cheesy jokes similar to Scary Movie series or A Haunted House 1 & 2 were it makes fun of scary movies this being more making fun of death scenes. not to mention extremely low budget and horribly done.

      couldn’t have said it better. it’s just a gimmick. there’s no wrap around story, 26 stories in 2 hours barely gives you time to tell a story or establish characters, and honestly, the directors are given a letter of the alphabet… it’s not like they have a 3 minute short that they’ve been dying to put into an anthology, they have to artificially come up with a contrived story based off a letter. to me, this and that VHS crap undermines what anthology should be

    Loved the first one. Would like them to go more scary as well, hopefully this one goes for a more horror vibe but i really did like the first. U and X were really awesome
