Cringe-worthy if you hate giant needles! Fox debuts Devil's Due in theaters on January 17th, bringing with it plenty of pregnancy fears. We've seen some footage and while, yes, it has Rosemary's Baby-like overtones, it promises more than that. A clip from some of that footage was sent our way to share with you. This one finds Samantha (played by Allison Miller) on her doctor's table. She's preggers and about to have some amniotic fluid extractic. Naturally, things don't go so well.
The film is brought to us by the team known as Radio Silence; they previously presented the haunted house segment of the anthology horror film V/H/S.
A bit more about Devil's Due: After a mysterious, lost night on their honeymoon, a newlywed couple finds themselves dealing with an earlier-than-planned pregnancy. While recording everything for posterity, the husband begins to notice odd behavior in his wife that they initially write off to nerves, but, as the months pass, it becomes evident that the dark changes to her body and mind have a much more sinister origin.
