Nick Palumbo rattled the horror scene to a degree when his feature Murder Set Pieces hit the festival circuit and made its way to an official DVD release in 2007. With an NC-17 rating, the film definitely got folks talking for its depiction of violence…among other things. Now, Palumbo is returning for another film, says Deadline.
According to the site, Palumbo will next direct Muse, which concerns a female serial killer.
Samantha Mion will star “as an actress descending into homicidal madness in Los Angeles,” Deadline reports, adding Patrick Scott Lewis will co-star. Palumbo is writing and directing for the Fright Flix Productions.
Shooting begins this month. Stay tuned for more!
