Godzilla Begins Casting, Cranston, Olsen in Talks
Gareth Edwards and Legendary Pictures' re-imagining of Godzilla is starting to lock down a cast. According to Variety, Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad) and Elizabeth Olsen (Martha Marcy May Marlene) are circling roles in the epic monster flick opening May 16, 2014. Also added to that group: Aaron Johnson (Kick-Ass), but here's the rub. It's all just "talk" until a final script is turned in.
Frank Darabont (The Walking Dead, The Mist) is doing a new pass at the script.
