Blood List/Black List Script Peste Infects a Home
Writer Barbara Marshall landed a one-two punch with her script, Peste. It made not just the annual Blood List, but The Black List as well. And now that script has found a home at IM Global.

Deadline reports the tale will be produced by Sherryl Clark. Reportedly the first part of a planned trilogy, Peste is set in the wake of an outbreak of a virus that wipes out the majority of the human population. The story focuses on a teen who documents her family’s new life in quarantine and tries to protect her infected sister. A director is being sought for a 2013 production start.
