In early April, Hammer revealed it was developing a sequel to its highly lucrative The Woman in Black, starring Daniel Radcliffe. At the time, it was revealed Jon Croker was penning the follow-up…and that was pretty much all we had.
Today, however, that changes. We’ve landed a plot synopsis offering up more details. Read on:
Seized by the government and converted into a military mental hospital during World War II, the sudden arrival of disturbed soldiers to Eel Marsh Harsh has awoken its darkest inhabitant. Eve, a beautiful young nurse, is sent to the house to care for the patients but soon realizes she must save them from more than their own demons. Despite Eve’s efforts to stop her, one by one they fall victim to the Woman in Black.
Croker served as a story editor on the first film. No director has been set for the sequel. We’ll keep you posted as more details come in!
