*Updated* Cabin Fever: Patient Zero Promotional Art Revealed
Last fall, Indomina Group revealed plans to continue the Cabin Fever franchise, which began with Eli Roth's 2003 film and continued with Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever.
Two sequels are in the works - Cabin Fever: Patient Zero and Cabin Fever: Outbreak. Shock Till You Drop has discovered promotional art for the former which is being used at the European Film Market in Berlin. After the jump, you can find a larger version of what you see on the right.
Written by Jake Wade Wall, Patient Zero is set a cruise ship in the Caribbean that collides with an abandoned research vesse. A deadly virus is unleashed and the passengers must find a way to survive before the flesh eating disease consumes them all.
*Updated* Heat Vision reports Altitude's Kaare Andrews will direct Patient Zero.

Now, while the art is for Patient Zero, the imagery seems to reflect the plot of... Cabin Fever: Outbreak, written by Adam and Deborah Marcus (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D). In this film a doctor and his family travel to a remote Caribbean island to investigate a minor flu outbreak, only to discover a vicious flesh-eating virus that threatens everyone on the island. The family is faced with responsibility to prevent a worldwide epidemic.
