Watch a Clip from the New TV Series The River

From what I've seen of The River - ABC's new TV show from co-creator Oren Peli - things are looking really good.  This isn't based solely on previews.  I've caught a few decent chunks of the first episode and I was impressed; a full review is coming soon.

Today, ABC revealed a clip called "Lead Cameraman" that offers a look at the February 7th premiere.  Two back to back episodes will air on that date from 9pm-11pm.  Bruce Greenwood, Joe Anderson, Paul Blackthorne, Paulina Gaitan, Leslie Hope, Eloise Mumford, Shaun Parkes, Thomas Kretschmann and Daniel Zacapa star.

The River concerns the search for a famed explorer who goes missing on the Amazon.  His family - with a television crew - embark on a mission to rescue him.  Creep stuff ensues.
