Can you say Ripoff... Check out Pontypool. Plot slighty different but built on same premise

I caught this film's world preimere at Fangoria's Trinity Of Terrors, for it may be similar to PONTYPOOL(which director Corbin Bernsen avidly admits)but it's got plenty of social commentary on themes such as racism,a deejay drawing the line between outrageous shock jock behavior and serious sitaution reporting/radio casting, and the closed-in feeling of being trapped in a single spot that far separates it from that very Canadian film, with Bill Moseley delivering an excellent performace that matches everything in his best known films and a terrific cast(led by Patricia Tallman)giving Bill and Corbin plenty of space to make this film stand separate from PONTYPOOL,as well as make this one a diverse stand-out in the zombie sub-genre.
